Kebanyakan rumah di Shah Alam 2 ini talah pun sedia di cat ketika di beli.Walaubagaimana pun ramai juga yang mengecat semula rumah mereka samada di bahagian dalam atau di bahagian luar, kerana mungkin mereka mempunya citarasa yang berlainan..

Semua orang tahu bagaimana mengecat, tapi takukah kita bagaimana mengecat dengan betul?.. Tahukah kita apa itu cat?.. Kenapa seringkali hasil yang kita dapati tidak seperti yang kita kehendaki setelah berhabis duit membeli cat?.. Cat yang bagaimana yang lebih bagus?.Apakah jenis jenis cat?...Yang murah atau yang mahal?..


Semua pertanyaan tersebut saya akan cuba huraikan satu persatu secara ringkas dan mudah di fahami..Sebelum itu sila lihat dahulu Technical Data sejenis cat yang di gunakan untuk primer atau undercoat.. mungkin ini akan mengubah persepsi anda terhadap CAT..


Product description
Jotasealer 07 is an acrylic water based alkali resistant sealer.




Recommended use
As a sealer or a primer on interior or exterior concrete, masonry, plaster surfaces and brick work.

Surface preparation

The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, free from dust, oil, grease and laitance etc. All traces of release agents must be removed. On chalky and dusty surfaces, all loose material must be removed by stiff bristle brushing.

The coating may be used on other substrates. Please contact your local Jotun office for more information.




Condition during application
Apply at a temperature between 10°C and 35°C.The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 3°C above the dew point of the air. The temperature and the relative humidity should be measured in the vicinity of the substrate.

Application data
Mixing ratio (volume) The paint is ready to use after proper stirring. If thinning is required, water may be added up to a maximum of 5%.

Drying time

1. Recommended data given for recoating with the same generic type of paint.
2. In case of multi-coat application, drying times will be influenced by the number and sequence and by the total thickness of previous coats applied – reference is made to the corresponding system data sheet.
3. The surface should be dry and free from any contamination prior to application of the subsequent coat.


The given data must be considered as guidelines only. The actual drying time/times before recoating may be shorter or longer, depending on film thickness, ventilation, humidity, underlying paint system, requirement for early handling and mechanical strength etc. A complete system can be described on a system sheet, where all parameters and special conditions could be included.

Storage
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Storage conditions are to keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.

Handle with care. Stir well before use.

Packing may vary from country to country according to local requirements.




Health and safety
Please observe the precautionary notices displayed on the container. Use under well ventilated conditions. Do not breathe or inhale mist. Avoid skin contact. Spillage on the skin should immediately be removed with suitable cleanser, soap and water. Eyes should be well flushed with water and medical attention sought immediately.
